Excellent service, nothing too much to ask, when we encountered a problem with our kitchen, Steve came on short notice and sorted everything out with a problem, each occasion we have booked our work , it was excellent customer service and we are both very pleased with the work completed, even more so we have asked Steve to do some work on our outdoor electrical lights. I contacted Steve on Facebook after receiving a leaflet through my door and reading a recommendation on a local forum. I gave him a description of the three small jobs I wanted doing and he gave me a rough quote as he needed to diagnose them and I booked in. On the day I received a text when they were on the way,Steve and his lad arrived on time and after showing them the issues they got straight to work, they completed the 3 jobs quickly and tidily, and charged me less than £100 including parts, which I thought was very reasonable. I would have no hesitation recommending Empire Electrical and would definitely use them again when the need arises.
