Very polite and professional service. Explained everything

Really efficient and helpful service today. Great to see an apprentice on board, really says a lot about the company

I hired Empire Electrical to do rewiring in freshly bought house which requires serious renovation. Steve was understanding and flexible. He went above and beyond to do best job possible. We run into few problems including overpriced installation of a isolation switch, a cancellation prior his scheduled work, present of an asbestos. There was some tricky stuff, but all of those obstacles was overcomes. Quotation was unchanged even when the work turned to be more challenging than expected.

Great service, communication and reliable!! Fitted a new boiler for me as a priority 2 weeks before Christmas 🙂 thank you!!

Full house rewire including an external building with armoured cable all done in good time, to a high standard and fully certified, extremely happy with all work completed. Highly recommend!
